Adorable updated two bedroom cottage ready for a summer of family fun. Take a short 1/3 mile walk to Inman Road Beach along Nantucket Sound or stroll over to Seaview Park 1/10 mile away for a playground, tennis courts, and walking trails.

Tastefully furnished throughout with all new mattresses. Well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, serving platters, lobster pot, and more. Breakfast bar overlooks the open concept living and dining area. Outdoor shower and a large patio with lots of space to lounge and dine. Firepit and gas grill. Quiet dead end street with two off street parking spots. Please note: TV is streaming services only (Youtube TV).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage is in a great location. It's definitely on the smaller side, but we are only a Family of three, so it was perfect for us. Super clean with everything we needed. The only negatives in our opinion are that there is no washer / dryer and the TV is streaming only. The TV is not really a big deal. The laundromat is a couple miles away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this cottage as a family of four. It is a basic cape style cottage. The styling, furniture, outdoor spaces were all great. The location is also pretty great. Sundae School is a short walk. There are many restaurants with a short walk. There are two things that prevent this cottage from being 5 stars. The first is the biggest. The window air conditioners are pretty old and extremely loud. My wife couldn't even sleep in the same room as me because the air conditioner in the Queen Room sounded like a freight train every time it came on. That made for an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement. The other air conditioners, including the Queen bedroom did not take the humidity out of the air, and since there is no washer/dryer, everything stays damp. The other issue is the water pressure. You cannot use the outdoor and indoor showers at the same time. You cannot turn on the kitchen sink while using the indoor shower. You will either get burned or frozen in the shower. We can get over the lack of washer/dryer because that is known when you rent, but not the other two issues. If the AC and Water are addressed, we would stay here again.
