Beach towels and beach toys and chairs are provided for guest's convenience. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach days and a semi-private patio for enjoying the warm Florida weather.

Good location
Unit is as pictured- nicely decorated, well appointed kitchen, though needs at least one good kitchen knife (there was zero). Few blocks from the beach but easy walk. Bed was a little too hard for my liking but hubby and I still slept well. Stayed 3 nights. There was an automatic air freshener high on the wall we were not fans of, but I think that’s something they do in the area as I noticed them in other businesses. Could use a couple of ‘comfy’ chairs out the patio doors to enjoy morning coffee. There was plastic dining chairs and table.

The property was extremely clean, the communication with Jean was excellent, The location was great lots of amenities around, an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this place for anybody who's wanting to stay in Cape Canaveral.
