You can do better in the same complex
House not clean…plaster from walls still all over the floor edges. Minimal dishes/ pans/silverware for 6 people. Towels old and small and Nothing matched. Furnishings minimal. No sound proofing in home. Very noisy. Pool lovely but neighborhood had 21 homes under construction and the area is full of trash. Weight room and restaurant not open. Look for better homes in same development. Owner pleasant to deal with but HOA insisted on a criminal background check with SS number. I would go further south on the Keys if I visited again.
