Lovely 2-bedroom Condo with pool

Come and enjoy the abundant amenities at Hilton Head Resort.
The gated, centrally located resort has something for everyone!
Stroll the beautiful beach, with private access, lounge by one of
three pools, enjoy a sauna or hot tub, have a cool drink at Coco's on the Beach, play tennis on one of six courts, ride a bike
on the beach, or do nothing at all! The choice is yours!

The villa is located in a gated community and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms. A pull out couch in the living room can accommodate two additional people. All linens and fresh towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a fun filled and truly enjoy vacation or getaway. A 58” smart TV is mounted in the living room and also includes a substantial DVD collection. Both bedrooms also have their own TVs. A beach buggy/cart, beach chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets, and pickle ball sets are included for your use. The front porch of the villa overlooks the tennis courts and has glider chairs for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The unit is on the first floor and located close to the elevator so you never need to use the steps. Ample parking and covered bicycle racks are located throughout the resort. Card operated washer and dryer is located on the second and fourth floor of the building.

Great spring break trip for family!
The property is exactly as pictured. The unit worked well for our family which includes 2 young adult daughters. We used the pickle ball set and beach items available. We also rented bikes through a local company who delivered them right to the resort. The unit included everything we needed, is in a nice location and reasonably priced. It was a great vacation!

Great place for the price!
This property is a great find for the price. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location and grounds are nice. The kitchen was well stocked and there are beach chairs, beach cart and umbrella in the closet. It is in Building 4 which has the tennis courts and we had some fun playing tennis with the rackets also. There is no laundry in the unit but there is one on the floor. There is also bike rental on the property but we didn't end up renting any.
