The perfect Jax house
This house was absolutely amazing! so close to restaurants and bars. Could walk really anything that you need. I am so excited to visit Jax again just to stay here. The place was clean and the amenities were perfect for us. It would be a mistake to not book this house. 10 out of 10.

Phenomenal Stay!
To say I had a fantastic stay would be an understatement. the hospitality I received, along with the care, and attention to detail that was put in to my stay, was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. This made for a memorable trip, for which I am extremely grateful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I fully intend to book again in my next visit!

Wonderful house and great location
Awesome house in a great location. Super clean and the snacks and beverages were a really nice touch and very appreciated. Would stay there again next time we are in Jacksonville. Also, the hosts were very responsive and so nice.

Everything excellent!
From communication to checkout! Adam and Nikki have made the house a home so traveling with the whole family makes home like this a must! Now add the snacks, the coffee, the wine, the supplies...ect... we wish we had booked more time here!
