Master Bedroom has queen-sized bed with antique pocket door entrance. Second bedroom has full-sized bed.
Full Kitchen. with all new appliances. Washer and Dryer in unit. Cable TV, WiFi.
Restaurants, coffee shops, Library, Embassy Theater, Grand Wayne Convention Center, Botanical Conservatory, Parkview Field and houses of worship, all within 5 min walk.
The space
This 100 year old home is now a newly refurbished triplex in Downtown Fort Wayne. The original footprint of the home remains, with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, lots of natural light, and a 100 year old pocket door in the master bedroom. Street parking options are available as well as an alley-entrance garage. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, living and dining area, new kitchen appliances and a short walk to the downtown scene.

Great place in a great town
The place is just as advertised. Quiet, clean, updated in an up and coming neighborhood. My son and I were in town for a basketball tournament, and all of the hotels were booked or way over-priced. This ended up working so much better for the two of us. We each had our own room, it was quiet, and we got to order Big Apple Pizza which was amazing. The owner was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect for a family meet up!
Lovely converted 100 year home in downtown. The place was very clean and well stocked. The host always replied immediately to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. Loved all of the breweries and history in the area. :)
