Cozy. Close to nature. With garden terrace.

Cozy middle house part in the house "Wiesenblick" with 3 rooms and approx. 45 square meters on 2 levels (ground floor, ground floor) for up to 3 persons. Paddocks, wide meadows and quiet dirt roads characterize the immediate surroundings - a paradise also for dogs, which are welcome.

Living room with pullout sofa bed (145x200cm), armchair, TV and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished west-facing terrace and the communal garden. Open kitchen with ceramic hob (2 plates), microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. No oven.

1. Bedroom (half-open) with double bed (2x 80x200cm), wardrobe, wardrobe, mirror and armchair. Access via stairs from the living room.
 Second Bedroom with single bed (90x200cm) and wardrobe.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and daylight. No hair dryer.

Hallway with wardrobe and mirror in the entrance area.

Parking space and covered bicycle shed at the house. Free Wi-Fi.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking is not permitted.

NOTE: Due to the stairs, this part of the house is not suitable for babies and toddlers.

Toll und ruhig gelegen. Leider nicht so sauber
Tolle Lage am Feldrand. Ruhig und trotzdem ein ganz kurzer Weg zum Strand und z.B. zum Bäcker. Leider nicht sehr sauber, Bad sehr klein, einige alte und schmuddelige Ecken und Kanten in der Wohnung. Die Terrasse lud nicht zum Verweilen ein. Sie war schmutzig, die Möbel verrostet und schmutzig und die Lage zum Nachbar statt zum Feld hin unpraktisch. Aber zum Schlafen und Frühstücken vollkommen ausreichend, den Rest des Tages waren wir sowieso unterwegs und am Strand etc.
