Welcome to Villa Memory Lake , heated Pool, Jacuzzi, free WIFI

This villa on Memory Lake, built in 2017, leaves nothing to be desired for a dream vacation by the water. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the bathroom adjoining the junior suite you have direct access to the pool area. Through the high sliding glass doors on the entire back of the house you have a magnificent view of Memory Lake. The covered terraces of the pool area can also be reached directly from the master bedroom and the junior suite. The modern kitchen is well equipped, in the utility room between the garage and kitchen you will find a washing machine and dryer for your use. The large living room and the dining room impress with the beautiful, modern furnishings and again the view through the very high sliding glass doors onto the pool area and the Memory Lake. The living room and all bedrooms have TV. The office offers a retreat for those who also have to deal with business matters from their vacation home. The house has internet connection, TV and telephone. The summer kitchen has a gas grill with extractor hood, a refrigerator and a sink. The pool area is provided with a panoramic screen. The large pool with jacuzzi and sundeck invites to extensive bathing pleasure. You can then relax on the comfortable sun loungers on the spacious terrace. This offers a lot of private atmosphere due to the beautiful tropical planting. You will be delighted by the quiet, central location of Villa Memory Lake. In a short distance you will find many restaurants and shops for everyday needs. All BMI holiday homes are fully equipped with bed linen and towels. We look forward to welcoming you to Villa Memory Lake.

Beautiful home
Just home from spending a month at this lovely, well equipped, beautifully furnished home. My husband and I were here for the, almost, entire month of January. Our daughter and her family joined us for about 6 days and another couple came for 5 days as well. Everyone loved the space and location. Cape Coral is so easy to around. Our weather was mostly terrible so it was wonderful to be staying somewhere that still felt like a holiday because it was so classy, comfortable and felt like home. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the beds were too firm, that being said I would definitely go back. Loved the personal check in and out, the management company has lovely staff and it puts you at ease. Normally you just self check in and never meet anyone unless you have a problem, this was so much nicer, thank you.

Perfect Home/Vacation!
This is the second time we have stayed at this home and we are already booking again for next year! The home is beautiful, and comes equipped with everything we need. The lanai screening that Ian had ruined…were all replaced while we were there, so that was awesome! Communication with the property managers was great and prompt. We had all the cooking utensils we needed and the kitchen is well equipped. Thanks for a great vacation!

5 Star + in every way!
We stayed at Memory Lake home from Nov 16-28 and enjoyed every minute. The house was immaculate, and had everything we could need. The kitchen is fully stocked with multiple sets of dishes and all the cooking utensils and items you may need. The pool area is breathtaking and provided a perfect sunrise view! We actually requested to arrive one day earlier than scheduled and we were lucky that the home was available and communication with both the owners and property managers was excellent. They responded promptly and were all very helpful and pleasant to work with. Some of the evenings were cooler and we enjoyed the comfy living room and the TV had tons of channels. My husband had to work some while we were there and the lovely office made it a bit easier. The location is quiet and close to some of our favourite locations. We had several friends reach out for more info when they saw our pictures of this beautiful house. We would love to stay here again – thank you for everything!
