The home itself couldn’t have been better. The bedrooms and 3rd floor accommodated us all easily, and were very comfortable. The rain shower in the master bathroom was a huge hit. The living space and large dining room table worked so well for the 10 of us. We did a fair amount of cooking, and found the counter space, kitchen utensils, etc. worked very well.

From the house we took a beautiful walk through a historic neighborhood to the West side Market, many breweries and restaurants. This home was also incredibly clean! ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace on the upper level.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n’ Play/travel crib and high chair, available for upon request.
✹ PETS: Furry family members under 30 lbs are allowed at the house. Unattended pets must be crated until guests return to the house. Please notify us of any pets before check-in. A fee of $99/pet applies. If pets are not disclosed and paid for in advance of check-in, a $200/pet fee will be incurred.

Getting Around:
Plenty of off street parking protected by ring cameras. The neighborhood is also full of Spin and Lime scooters.
Other Things to Note:
✹ There is an ongoing construction near the property. It starts at 9am until 3pm.
✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided.
✹ Please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events. While we appreciate your interest in our property, we reserve the right to decline such guests.
✹ Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation.
✹ Upon check-out, please ensure excess trash is placed in the large receptacles at the side of the house.

✹ We ask guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they treat their own home.
✹ Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.
✹ Damage to the property will incur charges.
✹ There are exterior security cameras for monitoring. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.
✹ Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement.
