Host cancelled 1 hr before check in
We arrived in Houston and contacted host for check in instructions for our 4- night stay. He had not provided them and we were getting close. Called, texted, went through Vrbo help. Finally got an email stating host had cancelled our stay. My hunch is that he double booked his home because it was rented out on the same day in a competitor site. Needless to say, we were devastated and had to find a new place to stay the same night at 9 pm in Houston. Awful host. Not trustworthy or professional.
