About this property

Steps To Old Town/Museums/Eats

Casa de Abuela at Stay Old Town Road was originally built as part of a Farmer's family compound in the mid-1800s. It has been lovingly restored with attention to detail and respect to it's rich past. It boasts all the unique charm and history you'd expect alongside all the modern necessities and comforts you want.
-5 min walk to Old Town, museums, art galleries, shops, and restaurants
-grassy park across the street
-5 min drive to Downtown, zoo, aquarium, botanic garden, and freeway

This home is on a property with three other homes, all built as a farmer's family compound. You'll have The house all to yourself, along with it's fenced front and back yard. You'll also have access to the shared guest amenities around the property; including parking, and seating areas.
We live in Albuquerque and are frequently working to maintain our 4 rentals, so you may spot me or my husband on the property during your stay. We're happy to help you with any questions or concerns. But we won't bother you beyond a friendly wave or a quick "hello."
The BEST neighborhood to get a taste of Albuquerque food and culture- mostly within walking distance! It is a quiet, residential area that both visitors and locals love for the historic charm and convenient location.
One of the best things about this house is it's location! You can walk to so many great places- museums, galleries, restaurants, and more. Beyond that, Albuquerque as a whole is most easily explored in a car. Uber and Lyft are widely available.

Charming casita in a great location
This adobe casita is actually quite spacious! My family had plenty of space to spread out and relax in our own way when needed. The location is perfect! A short walk to the old town plaza, restaurants, museums, shops, and a nice park. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts left easy instructions to follow. They made sure we knew how to contact them if we needed anything. We look forward to renting again for future visits.

Wonderful Old Town Location
The place was a charming late 19th Adobe house completely updated. The location is close to many Albuquerque attractions and right across from a beautiful park. Katelyn was a great host easy to communicate with.
