Townhome is located inside of Champions Gate and is the perfect place that offers short drives to all attractions, restaurants, malls, outlets, and peaceful nights. The community consist of a fitness center, swimming pool, kiddie waterpark, volleyball court, mini golf, private cabanas, arcade games, and food trucks.
Main Floor: Living-Dining area with a full kitchen and half bath.
Second floor: Master suite w King size bed, en-suite bathroom and nook, second room has 2 Full beds jack n jill bathroom to third bedroom with a Queen bed.
Sleeps 8 with a Pack N Play crib for your infant.
Community is located directly off exit 58 and I4 in Orlando and is a short drive to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland, Waterparks, Busch Gardens, International Drive and much much more. 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Professionally cleaned, disinfected, high touch surfaces, stocked w/fresh TP, hand towels, and hand soap. Sheets, linen, and towels are washed with bleach and soap and swapped out after every reservation. All to make sure the family has fun and more importantly safe and secure.

Check in was a breeze. Any questions we had were answered in and very timely fashion. Located in a great area where there are lots of delicious restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our week stay.

Family holiday
We stayed during the Easter holidays and found the house to be everything and more than we needed. The house is spacious, meticulously clean and met our needs perfectly, giving us space to relax and unwind after long days at the theme parks. The house is in the beautiful area of Champions Gate, which has all the amenities within a short drive. The only downside to our stay was the distance from the house to the theme parks. Although as stated the parks (Disney) are only a 15 minute drive away, the i4 was congested continuously and our journeys were 45mins plus which isn’t ideal. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The best VRBO we have rented!
The property is exactly as described and Jay is wonderfully responsive to questions. The villa is meticulous, not one complaint. The master mattress was comfortable (didn’t use any other bed). The everyday essentials were so appreciated as well as the spices and condiments. The kitchen was well equipped and in good condition. I do recommend getting a Keurig for convenience. If in the area again we would most definitely rent this property.

Home away from home
My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this location for a mini vacation and the house felt like our own house. The atmosphere was very welcoming, spacious, and super clean. It had several different amenities to take advance of at no cost and close to a bunch eateries and theme parks. This is definitely a most stay.

I wanted to have something to bring my kids and family to for spring breaks and summers. I also wanted to have something to pass down to my kids and they could make memories of their own with their families. Its a beautiful home in a priceless location inside of Champions Gate and next to Disney, what more could I ask for to share with my family.
