Improvements to this great beach house include deck railings, fresh paint and stain, new landscaping, and new flooring and decor throughout! This semi-oceanfront home is the perfect choice for your group's next beach vacation. Enjoy the hot tub or drinks at the Tiki Bar. Have an afternoon swim in the beautiful, sparkling pool. Then watch a movie on a 52-inch TV in the outdoor living room or even poolside. Lots of games, including a brand new pickleball court and shuffleboard, as well as an outdoor Ping-Pong table, Cornhole, and tetherball, provide added fun. Adults can enjoy the infrared sauna after a long day on the beach. Relax on the huge ocean-view deck or screened porch and enjoy the Seascape! Open sunny decks and an extra family room with a 52-inch TV will make your week very enjoyable. Four of the bedrooms offer excellent ocean views where you are sure to be spoiled! Additional amenities include a 52-inch TV in the living room and TVs in all bedrooms, DVD players, free WiFi, a screened porch, basketball, volleyball, foosball, and air hockey.

Seascape
This is a great house with a lot of amenities. This was our 3rd visit to Sandbridge and our 3rd house. We've liked them all the same but get more each time. The pool was perfect and my 6 year old grandson loved the basketball hoop. Never expected a sauna, we didn't use it but it was cool to have. My family enjoyed the hot tub as well. The game room on the second floor was fun too. The only thing I suggest is updated kitchen appliances. The coffee maker had no basket and no lid on the pot. The Keurig needs a good cleaning. We were able to find all the utensils and cooking ware we needed. Some of the comforters had stains and some of the beds did not have sheets (which is a Vacasa issue). We made wonderful memories as usual.

Seascape 2022
This house was just ‘ok’ for our group of 3 families (7 adults, 6 kids). PROS: The backyard was the best part of this home - large pool, large yard w corn hole, covered sitting area with wet bar & a tv, extra fridge, etc. Our crew loved it! CONS: The house itself was run down on the inside & could use some TLC. It’s also a very tight fit for a larger group & we felt the pictures were rather deceiving in terms of size - the house is only 2 floors & the rest is outside living space. We have teens/tweens & then one younger child, and after beach/pool hours, there wasn’t a great place for them to hang out and play games, watch tv, etc. We all had to cram into the main floor living room for movies and if anyone watched tv on the upper level, there was a constant volume issue with warring noise. It did thunderstorm most evenings, so had we been able to be outside, this may have not been an issue bc we could’ve spread out more. The kitchen was very dirty when we arrived - greasy pots/pans, dirty utensils, and food splatters (management issue). We also found that the kitchen needs a utensil overhaul & update. Plenty of cups, silverware, plates/bowls, but we cooked dinner every night & it was a challenge. For example, there were only 4 wine glasses, utensils missing handles, no pizza cutter, one spatula, and the list goes on…I’m not sure if previous renters broke/lost items, but we were constantly digging around or jerry-rigging items to cook. The bedrooms/bathrooms were adequate & comfortable, they just need an update. Lastly, to reach the laundry room, you must go out to the back deck, down the stairs to the pool, and then walk to the corner of the house - meaning it is only accessible from the backyard & not from inside the house. It was not convenient at all to dry beach towels, or do any laundry for that matter, especially if a thunderstorm came through. We had a great week overall, but it is unlikely we would consider renting this home again
