Christmas holiday
The townhouse was very comfortable and well-equipped, and we had a pleasant stay. The host was quick to respond and helpful. The weather wasn't very warm, but we enjoyed the pickleball courts and sitting by the pool.

Thanksgiving with family
The condo was so cute and the view on the balconies was amazing. Its definitely the way to go when traveling with a big family. We had plenty of towels and dishes. The master bedroom was very nice and comfortable. We had a great time.

Peaceful stay
Comfortable and clean beds, clean bedding, the convenience of washer and dryer, quite area and beautiful view. Townhouse was in a spotless condition when we checked in. We also liked that it was close to food and shopping. Will definitely rent again.

Quiet getaway
We loved the condo. We really enjoyed the paddle board and kayak that were included with the stay. Very peaceful kayaking in the bay.

Awesome property!
We were in town for our son’s soccer tournament and we were looking for a place that would accommodate our family of 5 and Casamar fit that bill perfectly. Check in and out was a breeze and all the things to do in Little Harbor were great. We definitely would recommend Dorothy and her property to anyone!!

CasaMar living room area provides 65" TV, a sleeping sofa, sliding doors that extends to a furnished balcony with marina and canal view. Enjoy your morning coffee viewing the manatees or dolphins or a beautiful sunset dinner on outdoor dinning table.

The Master Room has a King size bed, Sitting bench, Dresser, 55" TV, large closet, Shower stall bathroom and not to forget the balcony with its amazing view. Third bedroom upstairs provides a bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top), chest, 32" TV, its private full bathtub bathroom and a balcony with sitting area.

Main level bedroom"Guest Bedroom 2) has a queen size bed, chest, double closets, 32" TV and its private balcony with sitting and a sharable full size bathtub bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and coffee pot, Air Fryer, toaster, blender, flatware, cooking tools, microwave, over, dishwasher and lots more. Full size front load Washer and Dryer.

CasaMar first level has a single garage with driveway. Also, providing all water toys such as kayak, paddle board, Life jackets, tennis racks, Basketball sand toys for kids, beach chair, cooler, beach wagon and much more.

Little Harbor Resort lifestyle with two marinas that offers fishing charters, kayak, boat tours and jet skies for rent. Fishing pier, playground, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and basketball courts. Also, within walking distances it has its own private beach with rentable umbrellas and beach lounge chairs.
In addition, two restaurants Sunset Grill by the beach with paid parking and Hooks next to the main pool overviewing the canal.
