Quiet Neighbofhood
We had a Great time at this property, from soaking up the sun to swimming in the pool, I was able to contact the property owner if we had an issue and she would always respond very quick. The only thing that could of been better is more pans in the kitchen would of helped!!

Pretty Decent Accommodations for quick Weekend Trip
I would rate the property a 4.0. It was decent, very nice quiet neighborhood. I feel the owner should improve on the aesthetics . The pool area didn’t look clean, it needs pressure washing, just looked dirty. The futon in the living room area wasn’t very comfortable. The outdoor area around the pool had very loose screen doors that didn’t lock, the doors looked worn, that patio furniture looked dirty and worn. The inside was nice except in The master bedroom the closet doors didn’t really close and the pieces were dry rotted and some fell off when you opened the closet door. The bathrooms were nice and the inside of the house was clean. It’s very pet friendly our doggie loved the fenced back yard and we did too. The house is very well stocked with all essentials for cooking and meals, loved that.

Great Property
This was a great home. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. The pool was a God send as my granddaughter played in it every minute she was there. There was plenty of kitchen items and also bathroom stuff. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The only suggestion I have is to put some tv's in the bedrooms. Some people like to go to sleep with the tv. We had so much fun.

Great place! Will definitely come back!
I had a business conference in Tampa and got this place so I could bring my family. The place was modern, very nice and clean. It took me 18 minutes to drive into Tampa, while my family lounged by the pool during the days I was gone. My wife and I went 10mins to Whiskey Joes one evening and ate alligator while the sun set on Old Tampa Bay, it was awesome! The house is perfectly located close to everything in a super quiet and nice neighborhood. If we are ever coming back to the Tampa area we’ll definitely be staying here again!
