Island Bay Home - Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront duplex. Panoramic views of the intracoastal and views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Watch the dolphins play outside your window. This home is comfortably furnished with nice amenties and an elevator . Anna Maria Island has amazing beaches, serene sunsets, soft sands, - you will never get bored of seeing this unsurpassed beauty. Relaxing with a good book is a sure way to enjoy your downtime by the pool or cooking up the days catch in the outside kitchen.

There are 2 units - a lower and an upper unit and can be rented as a 6 bedroom. The pool area and lower kitchen areas are shared between guests.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. --Chapter 4-14

Good location, inaccurate listing
For the most part, this property met our needs. The kitchen, however, could have benefited from a few more pots and pans. The dishwasher was not connected to the countertop so it fell forward every time you opened it. Only one detergent was provided-- good thing we checked upon arrival. The pool/spa was very chilly, even on a hot summer day. Excellent location if you have a beach wagon and can walk to the beach.

Overall great, the beds were really comfortable. It's an awesome location, close to everything. We brought our fish pole since there is water access.

Summer fun!
The house fit our family's needs perfectly. The beach was within walking distance. The view was wonderful and the amenities, pool/spa were enjoyed by all.
