Unique and bright 2-bedroom cottage on the Chesapeake Bay in Deltaville, Virginia, known for its' Marinas, sailing, boating and fishing to name a few. Relax and leave your worries behind for days of fun in the sun with swimming, boating, kayaking or fishing from your own peaceful private dock. Enjoy the endless water views from the top balcony as you watch the boats go by. The long pier to the left of the property belongs to the neighbor. Please use the dock with the stairs across from the cottage for water access.
Noise ordinance, 11pm Children should be supervised at all times near the water. Security cameras for the safety of all have been installed.
Please remember to turn off the gas when you finish enjoying the firepit. No parking in areas other than the driveway and underneath the cottage.

Awesome beautiful property!
What a gorgeous, relaxing setting!!! Water views even better than photos; you feel like you were right on the water! Refreshingly clean, sanitized & bright. Wish we had more time, but we were there for a family wedding, so just 2 nights. There was an air mattress in one of the closets, which constituted the 5th sleeping spot. Only 3 in our group, but my son stayed on the couch (not a pullout) which was comfortable. Just an fyi.

Adorable place on the water
Adorable beach house! Fully equipped kitchen! And it was so nice to cook in it! The island is amazing. Decor is so cozy. Quiet location at the end of the street. Beautiful views. Very clean. Welcome bag with drinks and snacks! Comfortable couch. If I have to have a negative, the towels could be better. Ate at The Table in town and had one of the finest dining experiences we have ever had. They make everything from scratch! Delicious!
