About this property

Coastal Farmhouse w/ large backyard- 5 Minutes from the beach!

This newly renovated 3 bedroom house sits on an acre of land with a private backyard - plenty of room for outdoor games! It's just a short walk to White Horse Beach and a 10 minute ride from Downtown Plymouth. The ground floor features a spacious living room with pullout sofa, dining room, sunroom, kitchen, queen bedroom, and full bath. Upstairs there is a king bedroom, a bunk room with a trundle bed, and another full bath.

Outside you'll find a deck with a grill and outdoor seating and a fantastic yard. Play a game of corn hole or bocce ball, or enjoy a game of catch with your pup (there's also a park across the road). Roast s'mores using the cozy fire pit and enjoy the beautiful flowers and trees.

Only a short 5 minute walk to the beach - beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagons for 10 people provided. On your way you can stop by the White Horse General Store to pickup sunscreen or anything else you forgot.

Relaxing Stay Minutes from the Beach
The location to and access to the beach was terrific. It was literally a five minute walk and we were on such a nice beach. The updates to the house were well done. We were comfortably cool thanks to the AC units throughout the house!

Great vacation
This is an idyllic farmhouse that happens to be minutes from the beach. We've vacationed in Plymouth for years. This house definitely had the most character and the owners really thought of everything in terms of supplies and how to make it cozy. Loved it!
