Our newly built SEERÄUBER holiday home welcomes you!
You can expect a holiday home with upscale amenities: 3 bedrooms (6 pers.) On the top floor, 2 bathrooms on the top floor, a toilet and shower on the ground floor, south-west-facing sun terrace right next to the Juliusruh spa park.
The 10 km long beach of the Schaabe is only 350m-400m from the house. There are several restaurants in the vicinity. Shops can be found in Altenkirchen 2km and Glowe 8km from the house.

Rest and relaxation is certain.

Please bring bed linen and towels.
Arrival from 5 p.m., departure by 9 a.m.

Tolles haus im grünen und ruhig gelegen
War ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, da die sicht von der Terrasse nicht verbaut ist und man wirklich ruhig wohnt dadurch. Direkt neben dem park gelegen und in 5 Minuten man am Meer

Tolles Haus in fantastischer Lage
Unsere Zeit im Haus in Breege ist wie im Fluge vergangen. Das Haus und vor allen die Lage sind einfach nur toll. Das Haus liegt direkt neben dem Kurpark Juliusruh - man kann durch ein Gartentor direkt in den Kurpark gehen oder man geht einfach 400m den Parkweg lang und ist in 5 Minuten am Strand. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig aber durchaus gelungen. Durch die Fußbodenheizung ist das Haus auch bei kälteren Tempeaturen angenehm warm. MIt 2 TV-Geräten (eins im Wohnzimmer m EG und eins in einem der Schlafzimmer im OG) kann man auch mal getrennt fensehen. In der komplett engerichtete Küche ist alles vorhanden - einzig eine Mikrowelle fehlt. Auf der Terasse hinter dem Haus mit den bequemen Holzsitzmöbeln kann man besonders Nachmittags und Abends schön sitzen da sie nach Westen ausgerichtet ist und somit Nachmittags- bzw. Abendsone hat.

Rügen ist schön
In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir hatten noch nicht so perfektes Wetter und für einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend zu 6. war das Sofa etwas zu klein. Aber das war für uns nicht weiter schlimm.

Entspannte Woche mit Freunden
Sehr schönes und hervorragend gelegenes Haus. Waren 5 Erwachsene und dank der 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Duschen und 3 Toiletten gab es keine „Streitigkeiten“ :) Küche ist super ausgestattet und Essen und Wohnen lässt es sich dann ebenfalls sehr gut.
