Beautiful 3 Bed 2 Bath in a great neighborhood. The house is set up similar to an up/down duplex, having a private entrance around back for the lower unit. The location is central to Colorado Springs attractions such as the Airforce Academy, Garden of the gods, Downtown Colorado Springs, The Broadmoor, and more! There is a fully equipped kitchen There are smart tv's in the the house, one in the living room and one in the master ready for streaming. Driveway and street parking available.

PLEASE NOTE: The house is very large and set up like an up/down duplex. There is a private entrance for the lower unit in the back, where other guests are hosted. Both spaces are totally private as the house has a locked door at the bottom of the stairs which separates the two units.

Permit number: STR - 1932

You will have access to full top level of the house and porch. The basement is locked off as a separate unit used for guests.

The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is a residential area. Feel free to walk around!

The house was as described. Perfect for a family of 4, with room to spare. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Check in and check out was simple. Excellent communication with the property manager.

Colorado Springs vacation
The house was a nice size for a group of 5. It allowed everyone to have their personal space as well as plenty of space when everyone wanted to hang out together. There were unfortunately some issues with cleanliness particularly in the kitchen and just general issues like a dead Christmas tree on the balcony, bare light bulb in one of the rooms, only one tub mat, etc. The host was friendly and responsive to emails.
