Beautifully designed and in a great location, just minutes away from I-45 and all the happenings in The Woodlands: Waterway, Pavilion, The Woodlands Mall, Market Street, The Woodlands Resort Golf, Old Town Spring and great trails. Just 11 miles to Lake Conroe where you can rent boats, jet skis and other water sporting equipment…or bring your own!

Come enjoy the comforts of a modern home, with two living areas. The main living room equipped with collapsible windows leading to a beautiful outdoor deck, BBQ and gas firepit. Perfect family get-a-way with 3 bedrooms (all with queen beds), 3 full baths and two oversized sofas. Enjoy the numerous adventures of The Woodlands (4 miles away), Conroe (11 miles away) or the Houston downtown area (25 miles away). Maximum of total of 8 guests are allowed in the home.

Home includes: Kitchen supplies and dishes, 2 TVs (with Netflix, Prime, Hulu , Disney), high speed WiFi, washer/dryer, 3 bathrooms with fresh towels and hairdryers/curling irons. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks provided with each rental.

Pets can be considered (2 MAX), but ONLY with full disclosure and property manager approval. To keep the property in good condition an additional pet cleaning fee will be applied. We make every effort to maintain an extra clean and fresh environment.

Note: There are ring cameras pointed to the front of the property for security purposes. No cameras are located inside the property or any outside gathering area. Guests prohibited from tampering with, or covering any front security camera. Tampering with the device can result in a property manager trip charge to correct the issue. The rental includes the house only, the garage is not available for use.

Wonderful stay!
We stayed at this property during a baseball tournament. The owner was extremely communicative and the house was lovely! Can't say enough great things and we will definitely stay here again!

Great stay!
The house was perfect for our sibling reunion. Three couples worked perfectly here. The house is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. Sherri is a fantastic host. Highly recommended. Would stay here again for sure.

Exceptional property and amenities
Very clean and comfortable with extra touches that put our stay above expectations! We loved the firepit and the upstairs TV/game room. The house is spacious and finishes are exceptional. Loved all the extra touches such as holiday decorating as well as thoughtful fans and heaters provided that added to individual comfort. Thanks so much!

Warm and cozy home for our family to relax. Very comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again!

Breath of Fresh Air
What a wonderful stay. This place was not only beautifully designed, but provided a sense of comfort in every room. We were excited to walk through the door to see every little detail wonderfully executed. Sherri was our point of contact and she was extremely responsive and super sweet. I definitely recommend this home for comfortable stays in Houston, not to mention, close to the Woodlands shopping and restaurants.

*We recommend travel insurance, as this is something to protect you, the traveler*

-Guests of Villa Arte will be charged for damages and/or missing items. The home is thoroughly inspected prior to the check in and after check out to ensure everything is still in place and there are no broken or missing items.

-Pets (2 max) ONLY allowed with renter disclosure and final approval from the property manager. Pet guidelines must be adhered to at all times and an additional pet cleaning fee will be applied. Any damage due to your pet will be charged.

-Accidents or injuries. Any accidents or injuries while on the property are the sole responsibility of those persons renting/occupying the home and not the property owner. Please take any necessary precautions to stay safe in the home and report anything of concern to the property manager as soon as possible.

-Check-in and Check-in: check-in 3:00 pm/ check-out 10:30 am. It is important to check-out on time in order to process the house for the next guest. Failure to check out on time will result in a fee of $30 for every hour after 10:30.
