Come and experience true Serenity at the Beach! Beautifully decorated low floor 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Tower unit. Great views of Lake Powell, the Gulf and the Tower's heated indoor/outdoor pool. This unit has been totally renovated and furnished with the colors of the sea. The master bedroom, with a King size bed, has its own bath and balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a twin size trundle bed.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Needs some love, but do~able.
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was okay and decor was cute but there was some problems. The pillows were about 2 inches thick and the extra pillows had no pilllowcases to be found anywhere. The pull out sofa had no sheets anywhere and there was still blood stains in it as I had read in previous reviews. There is no frypan so forget about eggs. Very very small amount of silverware. Constantly washing spoons. The elevator situation was horrible but I had been told this beforehand and that's why we stayed in the first floor so we had to use the stairs a lot instead of waiting in long lines at the elevator since only 1 maybe 2 (sometimes) were working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was in the perfect spot for us is what I want to say. The perfect size for us. I am so sorry to say that it was not clean. The carpet in the living area was stained and looked awful. When we opened up the pullout couch there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the side of the mattress. There were no sheets anywhere for this bed. It was very disappointing! The couches had stains on them. The freezer was dirty. The building had only two out of the 3 elevators working and at one point only one. We felt bad for those people in the upper floors who were lined up to get on the elevator.

Fixed one curtain rod holder in the living room as bracket was missing. Found it in the dresser drawer. Outher then that, it was great !

Clean and nice condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well equipped and clean. It was perfect for us. I would recommend. However, upon our arrival I was told that the oven didn’t work at all. We brought cooked meals to warm up in the oven. We were told that we could not get a different room. Also, the stove beeped about every 5 seconds. It was very hard to sleep through it. After the 4th day, the oven was changed out. We were offered a discount, but never received even after trying to send multiple correspondence to Pinnacle Port.
