Great vacation penthouse with dream view of the mountains and the driving range of the first-class, 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

The apartment is located in the secured complex 'Condado de Alhama' with delightful garden areas, playgrounds and versatile recreational facilities including soccer, paddle tennis, basketball and a gym. One of the community pools is just a short walk from the accommodation.

Several bars, restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket await you at the Al Kasar shopping center.

A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request and payment.

Note: The air conditioning has a prepaid meter and is charged on arrival with 10 ? for about 1 week. When the amount is used up, you will have to recharge the counter with a prepaid card.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year.

Fantastic week in a fantastic place.
Spent the last week at this villa which is located in Block 2. It’s a little bit away from Al Kazar but very close to the Golf Club bar / restaurant. The apartment was perfect in every way and will certainly book it again in the very near future. The balcony has a great view over the driving range and the mountains. A perfect apartment for a relaxing holiday.
