This two-story home offers a secluded getaway that's just a short drive from nature preserve trails along the ocean shoreline and tranquil beaches with scenic bluff views. Sip cool beverages in the sun from the comfort of your furnished deck, or watch favorite TV shows in the inviting living room. A foosball table and ping-pong table provided added entertainment for your crew.

Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the home's kitchen provides everything you need to prepare vacation recipes. Two can perch at the kitchen bar, while the adjacent dining table offers more seating. Off the dining area, you'll find another balcony where you can step outside to enjoy the breeze. The high-speed WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform some online research for those last-minute projects.

Property has potential...
Felt as we were visiting grandma's house that smoked for years(smell). Cleaning services need to be addressed and furniture upgraded to something comfortable. All rooms had king beds, water filter faucet in kitchen, and great water pressure/hot water. Property has great potential if a handful of issues are addressed, but currently misses the mark.

Family Getaway/Cambria lights
We had a great time spending family time together in the living area and game room downstairs! The teens/young adults were very comfortable watching Christmas movies on the sofa bed. It's a great location to drive to Cambria and take the shuttle to the Cambria Christmas lights. The kitchen had exactly what we needed to cook and bake. We look forward to staying again!

We loved The Blue Cocoon
Our family/friends stayed with us at the house to quietly celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary. We felt the house contributed to a cozy intimate atmosphere to share meals, movies, and conversation. The deck was just right for reading on a sunny day. We all enjoyed the house very much. It was clean and just right.

Ok for a place to sleep
The house is decent. When arrived there was a smell and appears it is known by the air fresheners left around the house. Had open the door to air it out. There were only 2 washcloths for 4 people. The garage has a smell that needs to be address. House may need a dehumidify. The bathtub downstairs leaks as the floor is constantly wet after using. The check in code is ridiculously long. I texted the manager company and received no response. Also reviewed them after stay and no response.

Great rental close to everything
The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. All the furnishings were cozy and we felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds had great mattresses which is something important to me because I have back issues. We had a great stay and were easily able to explore everything the area had to offer with just minutes away from shops, restaurants, hiking and beaches.
