Welcome to “SEA BREEZE on the BAY”! Great location for everything! Short 0.8 mile walk to the beach! Boat slip available for rent as an option.

Enjoy the coastal chic decor in this relaxing condo with water views and all of the comforts of home. Wonderful private balcony for outdoor meals & evening cocktails. Open floor plan with 1000 sq ft of space for your family to enjoy. Large, comfortable living room couch for everyone to enjoy a movie night.

Please note we provide pillows, blankets, and kitchen towels.
Bring your own bed linens and bath towels, or we can provide them for an additional cost.

Family-friendly unit. Must be 25 years or older. No smoking. No pets.

* Fish and crab right from the dock. Bring your kayak or float and enjoy the canal and bay. Deep water boat slip available for rent (optional).

*Full size washer and dryer located in condo for your convenience.

* We furnished the entire interior and created the rental experience with your comfort in mind, providing upscale bedding, cookware, and all the extras we could think of, including:

Great getaway
My husband and I had a great time in Ocean City, MD. We went for the Ocean Calling music festival. The condo was a great location for the concert. Yes, we were too far to walk to the festival but were able to take the bus right on 94th ST. The first day was difficult because the city was not prepared for 50,000 people returning back to their place to stay but the second and third day were much better getting back. I didn’t get to experience the condo much, however, it was clean and spacious. It was easy to check in and out and Ashley was easy to get a hold of. I would definitely rent from here again. Thanks for everything!

We loved our stay at Seabreeze on the Bay
Very large apartment with everything we needed. My favorite part was the super comfy king size bed; my daughter’s favorite was the balcony overlooking the bay canals. Everything was clean and Ashley even provided linens, towels, and “starter” items we needed until we could get to the grocery store. Our beds were even made up for us with the linens she provided! It was a great vacation and we hated for it to end.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location
Condo was very roomy with a great deck overlooking a canal. Description & photos of property are exactly as described. Property is well maintained and well equipped with everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable. Owner was very accommodating & very responsive to texts. Received a very nice personal note with welcome package upon our arrival.

This condo is conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, playground, tennis courts, activities, and stores. We have a boat slip available for rent as an option. This is a beautiful condo that is fully stocked to make you feel right at home.

What makes this property unique

This is a wonderful condo with a large private balcony that overlooks the water. Located in the 94th St community that brings a lot of amenities within close walking distance.

The 94th Street community is a wonderful bayside area in OCMD, near everything you need but without the party atmosphere of lower Ocean City. Also great for event weeks with lots of street parking.

ACME grocery store located off 94th. There is also the Coffee Beanery, Sunsations, Liquid Assets, Bull on the Beach, and Kirbys Pub. A playground, tennis courts and basketball courts are located on 94th street by The Art League.

Guests can access the full private condo and large balcony with lots of privacy.

Your dedicated parking spot is right out front for easy in and out access.

We have a dedicated assigned parking space that couldn't be more convenient and an overflow lot for additional parking. Lots of things to do within walking distance.

We are less than .8 miles to the beach, which is an easy straight walk to the beach with an easy street crossing at 94th. Public parking is available near the beach if you feel like driving to the beach.

Bus stops at 94th and Coastal Highway, $3 fare all day (free for kids and half price for senior citizens).

Lots of great bike lines for biking around OC (bring your bikes along!)
