This quaint and historic 1st floor apartment is bright and spacious. As you enter the home you will be welcomed by the comfortable living room with a sofa that also pulls out into a queen sized sofa bed. The living room has its own privacy door making it a convenient 2nd bedroom. Enjoy being centrally located and just steps to The Shoppes of Avondale with amazing restaurants and shops and just across the street from a park with a playground for all ages and a paved nature trail.
