As you enter Bear Butte Lodge, you’ll notice the reverse two-story layout with the main living spaces located on the top floor. Your eyes will be drawn to the beautifully crafted log beams that accent an A-line vaulted ceiling. Two large sofas are situated in front of a mounted flatscreen T.V in the living room, giving you plenty of space for family movie nights. Turn on the stone fireplace and feel the chill of mountain evenings disappear while you play a friendly game of pool on the pool table just off the living room. Head over to the spacious kitchen where you’ll find plenty of cooking space on the marble countertops. A coffee pot is provided, giving you quick and easy access to that first important cup of coffee in the morning. A large dining room table has enough seating for six people while two bar stools provide additional seating at the counter. If you're bringing the little ones along, you’ll love the convenience of having a high chair available for you to use as well.

Deck access can be found through the sliding glass doors off the living room. Take advantage of the propane grill and barbeque some burgers under the clear Big Bear sky. A large glass table for six gives enough seating space for you and your guests to relax and enjoy the flawless mountain weather. After a long day exploring Big Bear, decompress in the hot tub surrounded by the sounds of nature and tall pine trees, the perfect way to end your day.

When you’re ready to retire for the night head over to the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the top floor and has a queen-size bed that sits in front of a flatscreen t.v. A desk positioned in front of a large window gives you the perfect space to work without having to miss out on the gorgeous scenery. You’ll love having private access to the top floor bathroom which includes a tub/shower combo. Downstairs you’ll find the next bedroom which has another queen size bed and a crib. The last bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds, a mounted flatscreen t.v, and a convenient 6-drawer dresser for you to store your belongings during your stay.

When you stay at Bear Butte Lode you’ll be located minutes away from a variety of Big Bear activities. Big Bear Alpine Zoo is just 3 minutes away and provides hours of fun for kids and adults alike. During the winter you’ll love the convenience of being only 5 minutes from Bear Mountain Ski Resort. If you’re feeling the need for speed, head over to Big Bear Speedway and race go-karts along a designated track that is only a 5-minute drive away.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
Please dispose off your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is: 713, Stocker Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
