There is now wi-fi , but cellular service is sometimes spotty. The Wi-Fi within the house, while there, should not be relied upon if you plan on conducting work-related or other high functioning activities while on the internet. We apologize for the inconvenience, as this was the only provider in the area for internet.
We live in the area, so we're available if you need anything or have questions!
Our home is 30 minutes away from Glacier National Park, 15 minutes from the restaurants and breweries of downtown Whitefish, 25 minutes from Big Mountain Ski Resort, and surrounded by some great local hiking and biking options for those interested in staying close.

If you're not familiar with Montana snow, know that it comes down hard and fast. We'll do our best to keep the driveway plowed during storms, but several inches per hour is not uncommon, and can be difficult to manage at times. We have a plow company on contract that swings by in the mornings when there is snow. They'll usually have the driveway plowed by 9am, but heavy storms can occasionally cause delays of one to two hours. We also have multiple snow shovels on hand for your use just in case. We highly recommend renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the Winter months. We keep the home stocked with firewood year round, so don't worry, you'll never be without.

The entire space is yours to use!!
Unfortunately due to the location of our home and the relatively small population size of the area, there are no reliable public transport options. Finding a ride with services like Lyft and Uber may be possible depending on the time of year and weather conditions.

great retreat near GNP
Definitely recommend this clean, cozy and comfortable cabin with all the amenities and more. Modern and pretty. View from the deck was also beautiful with the sunrise over the mountains. Only a few miles away from Columbia Falls town for necessities and groceries, but still felt like we were in the country. 20 minutes from GNP. BTW: home has a lot of extras from previous visitors, so check out the place before you go shopping.

Love the lights around fire pit. Great atmosphere, grateful for letting us stay…my wife is convinced that we could live there . We will be back

Such a wonderful place to stay
The property was so cute! It was well maintained and had a wonderful view. We loved the privacy and the host was always quick to respond to questions or concerns. We went up to go hiking in National Glacier Park and this was nice and close... and the hottub was just what we needed after hiking all day. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay!
