The house is situated on a peaceful, wooded lot providing serene seclusion for family and friends. Immerse yourself in coastal living while exploring quaint seaside villages, sampling local flavors, and spending time on the water.

Clean, bright, and modern, the spacious, two-story interior comes tastefully appointed with updated amenities and fixtures. The upstairs and downstairs living areas each feature ornamental fireplaces for group gatherings and entertainment. The kitchen island showcases gorgeous countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner Viking gas range and dishwasher. There is breakfast bar seating for four, and full meals can be enjoyed in the dining room set for six.

In-home essentials include full baseboard heating, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning in the primary bedroom. (This rest of this vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.) In the downstairs living room, a smart TV offers casual entertainment for downtime between outings or family movie nights. (Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).) A Tesla EV charger is available for those with electric vehicles.

Things to Know


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
