Sehr alte und minderwertige Einrichtung.
Wir haben im Juli ganze 3 Wochen in dem mittleren Reihenhaus "Zur alten Schmiede" verbracht. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass in den letzten min. 20 Jahren weder an dem Inventar noch an dem Innenausbau sichbar erneuert worden ist. 1) Einige gesetzliche Vorschriften werden nicht erfüllt. Es gibt z.B. keine Feuermelder, aber auch die Trennwände zu den Nachbarn entsprechen nicht den Brandschutzbestimmungen. 2) Einrichtung ist sehr schlicht, alt und nicht zeitgemäß. Man füllt sich sofort in die 90er Jahre versetzt. 3) Geräte sind überwiegend sehr veraltet und minderwertig und selbst wenn etwas neuwertiger, dann wirklich das Günstigste vom Günstigsten und vor Allem sehr verbrauchsstark. Dementsprechend hoch sind auch die Nebenkosten. Dass es keinen Gefrierfach gibt, ist dann nur noch nebensächlich. Man spürt förmlich, dass der Eigentümer nur renditeorientiert vermietet. Positiv und erwähnenswert sind das Reinigungsteam und das Service-Team. Sie haben jeden Wunsch sofort und vor Ort umgesetzt bekommen. Alle fehlende Dinge (Beutel, Staubsaugerbeutel, Batterien, etc.) wurden sehr kurzfristig organisiert und nachgereicht, auch zur abendlicher Stunde. Mit diesem Service waren wir sehr zufrieden.
