Quiet country setting with an easy commute to any activities the Northern Colorado area has to offer. This beautiful home on the 5th fairway on the Mad Russian Golf Course which offers 18 regulation holes and a driving range. An elevated view of wildlife such as wild turkeys, deer and a one time moose sighting as they walk calmly through the open meadow below you on their way to the Big Thompson River. Pelicans and bald eagles have fly through the river valley as they look for their next meal. The home has a spacious open feel with vaulted ceilings. This property is zoned Single Family Residential. By entering into a lease agreement, occupants agree to abide by the town of MIlliken Municipal Code.

Convenient Location
We stayed here during the Colorado Sparklers softball tournament which has games in multiple cities, this property is conveniently located central to most of those locations and is reasonably priced. The property is clean, has everything you need for traveling away from home including washer & dryer.
