Delightful stay at the Blue House!
The location for cycling and exploring the beautiful Greenville area was perfect. We felt completely safe and comfortable cycling the 2-3 minutes to/from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the lovely new Unity Park and Commons area. The house was perfect! Clean, comfortably furnished, and very well set up to accommodate meal prep, watching a movie, relaxing with a good book after a full day of adventuring and enjoying a local brew on the covered front porch or back deck. Checkin was easy. Communication with our hosts was excellent. We hope to be able to return to the area and this lovely house again! First week in March ‘23. A & J

Beautiful renovation
The house was beautiful and clean. A lot of people mentioned the neighborhoods proximity to the park, but for us the location was less than desirable. The neighborhood seems to be gentrifying but was less than ideal. As two females traveling solo we were not comfortable. We made sure the doors were locked and blinds were closed at all times. The neighbor had a very loud exhaust on their vehicle and we were both woken up at 5:30AM. There was a strong smell of an illegal substance in the air when outside. Others did not seem to mind the location but I was not expecting what we got upon arrival.

Why they chose this property

I chose to buy this property due to it's proximity to downtown Greenville, the Swamp Rabbit Trail (SRT), and the city's newest park, Unity Park. The neighborhood is an up and coming area, but I have had only good relations with my neighbors. My wife and I have frequently run and walked from the house to the SRT just like any other neighborhood.
