This beautiful 2BR/2BA Sand Dollar Beach house is just a 5-minute walk from a golden stretch of sand and offers views of Monterey Bay and the Pacific Ocean. After an exciting day of coastal adventures, relax in the inviting top-floor living and dining area.

A prime location allows exploration of the entire Monterey Bay area, with tasting rooms, hiking trails, golf courses, and eateries all within easy reach.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Located on the top floor, the light-filled and open living space boasting expansive windows and vaulted ceilings - a perfect spot for socializing and unwinding after a day of beachside fun.

Relax on a black leather armchair and matching couch to enjoy a movie on the 50' flat-screen TV with DVD player. Two cushioned chairs offer extra seating.

A sliding glass door leads to a private deck with beautiful views of Monterey Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

Home chefs will appreciate the open kitchen with granite countertops, island seating for four, and a full suite of appliances.

When it's time to eat, gather at the dining table set for six. A separate bistro table offers additional seating for two.

An expansive sundeck just off the kitchen features outdoor seating and a gas grill. On the entry floor, there's more outdoor space in a private backyard with seating and a charcoal grill.

The master bedroom has a plush queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is ideal for families, with a double bed and two twin-size beds. A sliding door closet provides ample storage.

A full bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a side-by-side washer/dryer. There is driveway parking available for two vehicles.

THE LOCATION

Stroll just 5 minutes from your door to bask on the golden shores of Sand Dollar Beach. Or drive 4 minutes to Manresa State Beach - a popular spot for fishing and surfing.

Family-friendly Rio Del Mar State Beach is just a 13-minute drive away, with eateries, shops, and plenty of parking nearby.

Swap a day of sand and sea for hiking and birdwatching at Ellicott Slough National Wildlife Refuge (a 6-minute drive away). Or pack your golf clubs and drive 12 minutes for a round at Seascape Golf Club.

You're also minutes away from a host of local wineries. Wargin Wines is the nearest (an 11-minute drive away). For an extra special experience, drive 40 minutes to Kirgin Cellars. Dating back to 1916, this long-established winery and vineyard sprawls across 33 acres and offers free tastings. Be sure to sample their fabulous dessert wine!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
