If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

Kamaole Nalu is a quiet, family-oriented complex and does not allow group bookings.

Location... Location... Location!! Not across the street from the Beach, not North Kihei, This condo is ground floor Oceanfront at its finest on one of the 'Best' beaches on Maui! Not Just a ocean view from your windows, this is on the ocean, and right at the pool too! For the few times you can Vacation on Maui, why not treat yourself to being just steps to Maui's best Beach, why have to cross busy streets to get to the beach, and why have to drive from North Kihei to go to the best Beach? Once you stay here, you will not be happy with any other Location or Unit in the Complex!
This Fabulous Kamaole Beach condo offers Incredible Sunsets, and a Most Excellent Location in the Heart of Kihei Town, just across the street are many restaurants from fast food, Denny's to fine dining, many shops, mini marts, and you can leave the car behind.

This is Family Vacation at its best, watch the kids in the pool right from the Lanai or kitchen. There is also high speed cable for you to use. Kitchen is Fully-Equipped with everything you will need or want! Each bedroom has mirror closet doors,tropical bedroom sets, The guest bedroom has Two double beds and Calif. King in the Master with luxury linens, we want our guest to sleep like a baby!
We also have original Hawaiian Artwork,2 DVD players with many movies, two phones, and the condo was just fully upgraded with New sofa, chair, coffee table, dining set, patio set, computer table, custom drapes and rods, fully painted to meet all of your needs, even 20'' TV's in Both Bedrooms, and a new flat screen in the living room!!! Fantastic location with superb views of ocean and sunsets! You see humpbacks and turtles all day when you step out. Very friendly neighbors and relatively less crowded beach! Postcard setting!

We were very happy with the management co Allii. They were on top of everything. The unit was nice and clean, but the kitchen is very cramped and the living space is just ok. The location was great and we loved the beach right outside our condo and the ground floor worked out well for us. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the spices and dishware etc that you would need to cook a meal. The bed in the master was very comfortable and we never needed AC as there was always a cross breeze. The pool was small but heated which was nice. The snorkeling out front of the unit is very good with plenty of turtles and a decent fish count too. Overall we were happy with the unit.

Best location!
This is our first time staying in Kihei and we loved this vacation rental! We booked it 1 day before our trip since we wanted to be sure our covid tests were negative. At first we were worried about the ground floor location but it made going back and forth to the beach easy and noise or privacy wasn’t an issue. We were also worried about the lack of air conditioning but the winds and ceiling fans (and the extra fans in the room) made it all pleasant. We had a minor maintenance problem but since we were already texting with the property manager for checkin, they took care of it quickly. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Excellent location! Peaceful & scenic!
Everything was clean & ready when we got in! Communication regarding booking & entry was easy to understand. It was just steps from the condo to the beach with great light. Convenient use of office equipment (not in unit) to print boarding passes or coupons was also helpful. Just across the street from excellent restaurants, massages and shopping! We cooked our own meal on the outdoor barbeque & met the nice neighbors who own there. Very convenient location for sight seeing, too. This was an excellent choice for my immediate family of 5! Well maintained and clean in a quiet building in a beautiful setting! You won't be disappointed if you book this unit!

THE BEST CONDO & LOCATION EVER
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION--if you want the beach and a wonderful vacation, you MUST stay here!! I rented this condo for my parents, brother and my fiance last week, and this was SO perfect in SO many ways!! Upon our arrival, we met Patty and she was amazing! She gave us really great suggestions on where to eat lunch/dinner and so helpful!! The property manager, Jeff, was also very great (we want his job! LOL)! He cleaned the pool everyday, turned over the chairs and just kept the whole place looking great! One of our favorite activities was to join the owners on the 'green' grass by the water and watch the sunset with our favorite cocktail. At the end of the grass is rocks, and its so awesome because you can see so many TURTLES!! We even bought a snorkel set so we could check them out. There is a VERY SHORT path down to the beach, im talking like 50 feet to put your feet in beautiful sand and crashing waves. My mom and I snorkeled every morning and saw TONS of sea turtles, various fishes and a super mini octopus! AWESOME. We loved the Lanai (patio). I took several naps in the red chair, just listening to the ocean and enjoying the day. The Condo was PERFECT--they had a blender, and plenty of plates/cookware! Even though there is no AC, there was plenty of wind to come through the other side that provided a wonderful breeze and just enough for on the Lanai to not blow everything away but still stay comfortable! In my opinion, if you have to have AC in Hawaii, then you might as well go to Alaska! Hawaii is perfect temps ALL YEAR LONG. This location was great--every time we left the condo it rained wherever we went, so we spent SO much time at the condo, and it was fabulous! It was really like our own backyard oasis! People in other reviews complained about the pool and noise... ummm, YOUR ON VACATION, HAVE SOME FUN and join in on the fun!! We never had any complaints!! Across the street was Cafe O Lei, and its delicious and really reasonably priced! FREDs is close and we loved it there too. Liquor store is also across the street, along with a general market and SHOPS! You must also try the Cinnamon Rolls that are across the street too!!! YUMMO! If you want to save some $$, GRILL OUT, they have 2 grass grills which are PERFECT for dinner/lunch! We grilled every day--and the condo is stocked with plenty of supplies!! To the Owners--if you ever want to sell, call me! :)
