Private boat dock for your boat, and an awesome covered porch that faces the lake with a beautiful breeze 90% of the time. If you want to enjoy time away from the lake we are only a few minuets from the Shawnee National Forest and beautiful Fern Cliff state park and also the Wine Trail. So come and enjoy a little bit of Lake Life you won't regret it

Magical eclipse
This place by the lake was so lovely for the eclipse. Hosts were friendly and generous and made sure we were taken care of. Dock was great for morning yoga and for launching paddle boards or kayaks (bring your own). The double shower-heads were luxurious. A great getaway!

Great Place To Stay
Great little home to stay in right on a good spot on the lake. You can rent jet skis right up the street and the dock is only one house over.

Fun family Trip!
We loved this home for our first time visiting Lake of Egypt! It's tucked away in a quiet cove. We were able to enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, hiking at Garden of the Gods and some pretty amazing fireworks during the 4th of July weekend! Ron was so kind and we appreciated the wine! The memories made here were priceless! Hope to plan another trip soon! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

Cozy Place On Lake
Wife and I visited for long weekend. Great place, newly remodeled. Ron and Linda went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed, and Ron even shared one of his fishing hotspots with me. Covered, private boat dock was perfect for keeping the boat in the water during our stay. Cute, cozy, comfortable was how my wife summed it up.

CLARA week
We played in the Shawnee National Forest for a couple of days before heading to Kentucky to get our new puppy. Beautiful area, and the house was perfect for our stay. I would stay again if ever in the area.
