Are you looking for suitable accommodation for your vacation? Then you are exactly right with us ...

The newly renovated, small but cozy studio 'Nico' has its own entrance and an anteroom with a cloakroom. It is equipped with a combined sleeping / living / cooking area on 26m² and a large balcony. Kitchen unit with fridge and freezer, 2 plate stove, kettle, filter coffee machine and a combination microwave oven. There is also a separate bathroom with shower / toilet in the studio.

Our apartments are furnished with great attention to detail. In total we have three apartments with space for up to 16 people. In the apartments there is a play area for our little guests (except apartment. Nico). We also offer free WiFi. The apartments can be booked individually or together (in the apartment Barbara there is a large dining and living room for up to 16 people. Of course, you can also use the garden and spend a cozy barbecue evening. Enough free parking!

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Ötztal
Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben gleich alle nötigen Infos bekommen. Es liegen jede Menge Informationsmaterialien aus. Von unserem Balkon aus konnten wir sogar auf den Wasserfall schauen. In fünf Min mit dem Auto in Ötz und Umhausen (tolle Restaurants, Stuibenfall, Ötzidorf, Piburger See......).

suuuuuuper!!!!!!
Super nette und freundliche Familie. Alles tiptop sauber, 1x die Woche frischer Kuchen, tolle lage u Aussicht. Schön gelegenes Haus mit tollen Wohnungen. Abschliessbarer Raum für Sportgeräte im EG. Die Whg ist mit allem bestens ausgestattet. Wünache wurden von Barbara gleich erfüllt . Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Nochmals großen Dank an die Fam. Barbara, ,Hubert und Nico Maurer aus Tumpen!!!!!
