Edgewater Escapes - 4 bed condo steps to the lake

Enjoy life on the shores of Lake Michigan in this luxury, courtyard condo. This two-story, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom get-away is in close proximity to EVERYTHING, including the harbor, downtown restaurants/pubs. Also, within 30 minutes of Whistling Straits, Kohler Spa and Road America. We manage several units on the property. We are a separate company from the Resort, so their amenities are not included with our units.

Two-story units located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building with private entrance and balcony. Two bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room and a bathroom are located on the main floor of the unit. The remaining bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry are on the second floor. The TVs are equipped with streaming services. Bring your log in information!

Great lake get away
Layout and beds great, but lamps and appliances are getting aged. Very clean, smelled fresh comming into the entrance except for mold on the bottom of the shower curtain in lower level bath. Responses to my messages were slow and did not address all questions. Directions to condo were not clear or misrepresented. Saw others trying to find their condo, too. Listed amenities were vague; the beach, local supper club, access to state park was great.

Small bunks, lacking supplies
It advertised a set of bunk beds but they are smaller than a standard twin so not feasible for adults to sleep in. The units need some updating as our dishwasher leaked and the patio door let a lot of water in during a rain shower. There were no kitchen towels and we almost ran out of toilet paper. Other than those issues, it’s a nice property with prime location.

There were some issues with the property, and they responded quickly, but it needs some kitchen utinsels. For a 4 bedroom unit there were 4 forks.

Family gathering
Had a lovely time in spite of the horrible weather ! When I arrived I could not get my key to work so texted the management group who had someone there to help within 5 minutes !!! The only negative was I had to reach out to get instructions about checking in. Suspect it was a computer thing as they answered quickly. Plan on going again next year

Great property but hard to communicate
We loved the property, the location, amount of bedrooms, etc. We found the address on the listing so made our way there. When we got there, we couldn’t find our specific condo. We drove around and around looking but that number didn’t exist. I tried to call the property manager and also sent her a message on the app. No response. Then tried to call the company that was emailing. Called blue harbor and they said there was no condo with that number. Checked my junk mail and had an email from 2 hours before check in with the number. I wish they had said that they will send the specific condo number the day of. Nobody ever called me back so it was a little frustrating. Overall good stay but it’s hard to communicate with them.
