Outdoor enthusiasts will love this spectacular retreat on beautiful and untouched Lake Nottely in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Northern Georgia, especially when they use the covered boat dock for boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Pontoon boat and wave runner rentals are available at three lake marinas. Thanks to a 2,000-foot elevation, summer temperatures are never too hot or humid. You can enjoy bright, sunny days fishing, mountain biking, and the abundant wildlife surrounding the property. Drive into town to enjoy an array of local eateries and family-friendly attractions, or head out to explore waterfall hikes, whitewater rafting tours, and regional festivals. Visit nearby towns, including Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, Ellijay, and Helen.

Inside you'll find a bright interior with abundant natural light and picture windows thoughtfully designed to capitalize on the unbeatable views. The airy, open concept ensures you'll never miss a conversation, whether you're in the living, kitchen, or dining areas. Gather around the grand stone fireplace to watch a movie or have a Netflix marathon on the large TV while the Pack 'n Play keeps the little one busy. Come together to play one of the many provided board games, then head into the galley-style kitchen, where the group chef can take advantage of the stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, and ample storage to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the formal dining table. An additional refrigerator and a commercial ice maker are in the laundry room. You can dine alfresco on the beautiful upper main deck or covered patio. The kids will love eating in the lounge chairs or swinging in the hammock. You'll even have a high chair for the baby to pitch food from when it's time to eat. Stop by the coffee and tea bar before stepping onto the balcony to watch the sunrise over the glittering lake. There are wine coolers in the kitchen, main bedroom, and game room.

You'll have work desks and chairs available, and the fast WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform online research for those last-minute projects. After submitting your task, head downstairs to challenge someone to a game of poker, shuffleboard, or some video games on the Xbox. You'll also find billiards, table tennis, shuffleboard, cornhole, Ringo, and Ping-Pong. With five large TVs throughout the home, sports fans and moviegoers will never run out of entertainment to while their time away.

The covered dock is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet mystery novel or your morning coffee while the world wakes up around you and can accommodate your boat for some time on the water. The home includes two paddleboards, three kayaks, and a canoe, and the dock features a stairway, so it's easy to climb back up after a good swim. Vests, paddles, ice chests, and fishing poles are available in the boat shed. Be sure to end the day with a good soak in the roomy hot tub.

The two primary suites boast floor-to-ceiling lake views and private balconies. You'll also have terrific views from the guest bedroom and bunk rooms.

Enjoy the serenity of Lake Nottely and all the little touches that are sure to make your stay memorable.

Great House
Excellent location in the lake and everything and more you could ever need in the house. So many amenities - love all the lake floats. Had to work remote for a few days and the wifi was great. We will certainly be back - did not want to leave

Gorgeous home with everything you could possibly need!
This home is absolutely incredible! The owner went above and beyond with such personal touches when thinking about guests. Things like a well stocked tea/coffee bar, bottled water station, robes with slippers, toothbrushes, and more make you feel right at home! Everything you need is available at the home, all you'll need to do is grocery shop. The lake and lake toys were incredible. Paddle boards, floats, a wonderful dock. It was such a beautiful home, I hated to leave. The downstairs game room was perfect for entertaining. The kids had fun playing on the many available games while the adults enjoyed the hot tub and TV. My family and I will most definitely be back.

Perfect for a family summer get-away to a lake in the mountains
Very comfortable summer mountain house on a lake for our family get-together. Driving distance for some and access to ATL for flyers. Lots of activities both at the house and in the area (many waterfalls, white water rafting, hiking Appalachian trail, kitchy but fun Helen 'German Village', some good 'real' local restaurants (BBQ joints, nice spots overlooking river with local trout, etc.). A few of our folks even made 2 hr trip to the Georgia Aquarium one day (it is incredible).

Perfect Home for our Family Gathering
This home checks all the boxes for an extended family vacation! From grandparents to adult grandchildren, we had a wonderful stay. The home is well equipped with comfort measures and supplies to make your stay comfortable. The gathering and gaming areas kept everyone entertained and the dock and lake supplies were a nice touch. In addition to the kayaks, canoe and paddles boards, we rented a pontoon boat from the marina nearby. The larger lake is gorgeous and not too crowded for tubing or wakeboarding. There were also plenty of floats and a hot tub for those who preferred to relax with a view of the lake. The path from the house to the lake is only a slight slope and easy to maneuver which was important for the grandparents. We prepared all our meals in the kitchen and utilized the grill daily. The large dining room table was a great gathering spot and can seat 10 comfortably. We would love to return next year!
