Arrived to dirty unkept place - very disappointing
Dirty laundry in the washer, dirty shower with dirty sponges, no hand soap, dirty dishes, backyard was primarily dirt & porch furniture off to the side with huge paddle board & kyak blocking the porch. We did not feel secure in the area. The system for picking up the key was to leave it under the mat when there were lockboxes right there that could’ve been a safer option in a neighborhood that appeared to be a little bit suspect compared to the area around it just a few blocks away. This homeowner was obviously charging high prices due to the event in town & did not deliver a quality product. I would like my cleaning fee refunded because we walked into a messy environment so why should we pay that fee?

Great stay
This was the perfect place for 4 adults visiting the area! Less than 5 minutes from downtown, great front porch to sit and relax on, host very responsive and the AC issue has been fixed. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in the area again!

Nice and cozy
We enjoyed our stay. Small, but worked well for the two of us. Close to activities without being in the middle of it. Our only suggestion would be adding a small window cooler or similar. Even though the house was well shaded, still warmed up by end of the day. We would stay again.
