Quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from the Masters, downtown Augusta, Surrey Center and the SRP Park. Due to the location you will be able to avoid most of the Masters traffic with two quick routes with little to no traffic to the Masters. With two bedrooms and two private baths, a full kitchen and laundry room, private patio and no stairs. The driveway has enough space for three vehicles, plus free guest parking close by. There is a large variety of unique local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Relax on the screened in patio after a long day out.

Perfect spot. So easy to get to and from Masters. And the host went out of her way to be accommodating….coffee,snacks, water, toothbrushes…hard to name them all. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic !
This property was perfect for our first trip to the Masters! Clean, spacious, updated, comfy bed, easy access, no issues at all. The host was very responsive and provided everything we needed from restaurant recommendations to snacks waiting for us upon arrival. We shared the rental with another couple, there was more than enough room and we appreciated each bedroom having their own bath. The quick drive to the course was perfect, the place is just far enough away you're not stuck trying to get around the madness of augusta all week while still having direct access in and out. We ate a cute little place call "The Larder" twice, highly recommended for brunch or dinner, great patio as well. We'll be back.

This place is perfect for the Masters and our family foursome. It's a great location with multiple routes to Agusta so you can take backroads and avoid the traffic. The hosts were great and thought of everything they could provide through simple amenities to restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again if we're lucky enough to get tickets back to the Masters.

Excellent!!
My husband and I came to Augusta with our best friends for the Masters. Lydia was the perfect hostess! She was quick to respond with a couple questions I had, and had some awesome touches like snacks and a cool coffee bar set up! The home was perfect for two couples. The location is excellent as well, just 10 minutes from downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood, which was nice to return to at night. If we are lucky enough to get tickets again in the future, we would definitely return!

Why they chose this property

Whatley Place is a quiet neighborhood that is just minutes from the Augusta National golf course to help you avoid the usual Washington road Masters traffic. The neighborhood is minutes from the Augusta National, downtown Augusta, Surrey Center and the SRP park. There are a large variety of unique local restaurants and coffee shops nearby in downtown Augusta and downtown North Augusta.

What makes this property unique

Being in North Augusta there are many quick routes to get to the masters so you can avoid traffic, I can leave those routes for you if needed. But you would cross I-20 over the Savanah River from NA into Augusta (near Costco) or go through downtown NA and up River Watch toward Costco. Both routes only 10-15 minutes (of course traffic depending) to golf course.
