For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn. Private: property 900 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: table football. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, grass beach 200 m, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The owner doesn't accept company bookings.

Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Herrn T.klappte reibungslos und freundlich.Im Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden,was gebraucht wurde, sogar Wäscheständer, Kleiderbügel und Schubfächer .Das ist lange nicht überall so.Es war absolut ausreichend für 6 Personen.Sicher, die Markise bei der Terasse müsste erneuert werden,weil sie so stockfleckig aussieht . Den Wintergarten und die beiden Terassen haben wir erstmal fegen müssen. Der Strand und der Spielplatz waren besonders schön, .Für Familien ideal.

Über den Tellerrrand geschaut
Kommunikation soweit ok. Leider kein "Nichtraucherhaus", wie ausgewiesen - kalter Rauch noch bemerkbar. Schmutzig bei Ankunft - es gibt auch Putzlappen! Es heißt: Endreinigung inbegriffen! Keine Ahnung wann dieses Haus diese zuletzt erfahren durfte! Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovierung wäre angemessen - Einige Defekte (Duschstangen). Heizung funktionierte bedingt. Betten = Hängematten. Vorgänger hinterließen Unrat, Handtücher und leere Flaschen - nicht schön!

haus und garten bieten viel platz.die sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.die schlüsselübergabe verlief sehr schlecht trotz vorheriger absprache.wir mussten uns eine gute stunde gedulden bis der zuständige herr an sein telefon ging und wurden dann sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen das wir beim essen stören. ebenfalls mangelhaft ist der parkplatz am haus dieser ist viel zu klein.

urlaub
haus und garten bieten viel platz,vor allem küche und bad sind nicht sauber gewesen .die schlüsselübergabe war sehr schwierig ,der zuständige herr ging nach einer stunde vergeblicher versuche endlich an sein telefon und beschwerte sich dann über die störung....insgesamt was für grosse familien und leute die keinen wert auf komfort und sauberkeit legen.

Ein sehr geräumiges Haus mit großem Garten in ruhiger Lage. (Grillmöglichkeit) Beim Eintreffen wirkte alles, insbesondere in den verschmutzten Bädern mit Haarresten, wenig anheimelnd. Bettwäsche müsste dringend ersetzt werden. War zwar sauber, aber teilw. durchlöchert und verschlissen. Nach einer selbst durchgeführten Säuberungs-Aktion haben wir uns anschließend jedoch sehr wohl gefühlt.
