There is also a living room area both downstairs and upstairs. Walk right out of the updated main bedroom and you are just steps away from the water. Also enjoy the views and sunsets from the large screened in porch. A dock, swimfloat, and kayaks are provided with this this property. (Guest must bring their own life jackets)

Great Lake House and wonderful weekend
We rented this house for a weekend to get the family together. It was perfect, even with pretty rainy weather. I was able to get a swim in after check-in and before the thunder rolled in. You can dive right off the float and I was surprised how warm the water was for early June, which is probably due to being in the north cove side of Sebago. We played games and did have a great fire in the pit during a reprieve from the rain. Eric was very easy to communicate with and it was great meeting him when I picked up the keys. We are definitely going to stay here again.
