Relax and enjoy your vacation in this lovely 1 bedroom condo at Lake Okanagan Resort. This unit features breathtaking views from every window, spacious deck with comfortable seating and an electric BBQ for grilling, gourmet fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed and lots of closet space, in suite laundry, cable TV and free wifi! A single cot and/or double air mattress are available on request should you need additional sleeping space.



This is the absolute perfect vacation spot if you are looking for a quiet nature retreat to relax and unwind away from the bustline city. Please note that shopping and restaurants are available in West Kelowna, about a 15 minute drive from the resort.
Checking in is a breeze with our remote keyless entry! The code will be provided to you just before your arrival date. The unit includes a dedicated outdoor parking space for guests.

The resort is located directly on Lake Okanagan and has its own private beach and marina. Resort amenities include an onsite pool and hot tub, fitness centre, playground, basketball court, beachside taco bar, a 9 hole executive par 3 golf course with pro shop and plenty of hiking trails nearby.

Spectacular views. Very clean
The only disappointment was the amenities and cleanli ess of the common property. I would NOT advertise a pool/hot tub/ gym as they are not clean or kept. Tile flooring missing or broken pools not clean, chairs ready for garbage. The unit itself is worth advertising a d perhaps beach area.

Bugs in bedroom and a water advisory -Don’t stay here
I have always loved booking through VRBO but this booking was a nightmare. Don’t stay here!!! We self checked in @ 9:00. The first thing we saw was a giant red sign saying water advisory. The resort is isolated and we would have had to drive back into town to get water as we were not informed of this in advance by the property managers. The room itself looked as pictured and the view right on the lake was beautiful. We had a look in the bedroom before bringing our things in. We were shocked to find multiple bugs- dead and alive under the bed. After seeing this, we explored further and found more bugs, some crawling and some not behind the bedroom dresser. We scooped some up in a cup , took photos , and called the property managers but got only vm. We could not stay there and could not find another place to stay at that time of night during peak season in Kelowna. I was able to call an old friend that lived nearby , but if they had not come to our rescue , we would have been sleeping in our car-after paying over $1500 for a 4night stay. We received a call the next day . We were told that they did not have an alternate property for us and that they would send someone out to clean it and check it but that bugs were to be “expected in a rural setting” and they would not give us a refund. We did send them photos of the bugs. It was disgusting to say the least. Two days after the incident they responded again to say that after sending someone out there, they first denied there was a problem and then repeated their claim that bugs were to be expected in a rural setting. I have since lodged a complaint with The health and safety team at VRBO and am waiting on a reply regarding my refund. I trust that once they have reviewed and investigated they will insist the property managers refund our $ but am still waiting on their findings. I have always loved booking with VRBO and after staying with friends for a couple of days we were able to rebook with VRBO and am happy to say once again we are loving our new VRBO booking. Don’t book with Real Property Executives in the Okanagan and I would recommend not booking at Okanagan Lake Resort unless you want to see your vacation ruined as ours was. Is a real disappointment as the view was great as advertised and the room was spacious and nicely appointed.

Cozy apartment with all the amenities & an amazing lake view
The apartment is high above the lake-with incredible views: a great location in a very quiet area. The kitchen is well-equipped & there is also a grill on the balcony. Walking down to the lake there is a marina with bar/entertainment to the right; on the left, a private beach where my husband caught incredibly delicious rainbow trout. The apartment is ideal for those who want to be immersed in nature and seduced by the beauty & spirit of the Okanagan Lake.

We could not use the pool or the recreation facilities because the cards did not work. When we managed to get in anyways by following other guests, the pool was closed anyways. So very disappointing!!
