No.103 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned studio condo we've named "Three Men and a Matey". Three Men and a Matey offers beautiful ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio that is steps away from an easy, private staircase entrance to the beach. This spacious studio can comfortably sleep up to 4 people on a queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and the bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Three Men and a Matey also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.
