It is also really close downtown, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). This is on the fourth floor and you may need to walk a distance from the garage.

We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
