Less than 2 miles from Fort Gibson lake, Jackson Bay, Wahoo Bay, and Sequoyah Bay State Park along with the Giggle Fish grill restaurant and marina. Less than 10 miles north to Wagoner or south to Muskogee for dining or eating out, and groceries.

All new carpet and fresh paint along with new beds in each room. Located at the end of a private drive there will not be any traffic at any time. There’s a propane grill, and a smoker in the back and also a fire pit for campfires and roasting marshmallows! Enjoy walking across the bridge that crosses the creek that is always running to get to the loafing shed. There is a dog pen and dog house if needed. Large yard for kids to play. The property has great fences, barns, Gates, feed troughs, water tanks and much more for those large animals. Located right down the road is approximately 600 acres of core land that is open for horse riding. You can ride in open pasture land or through trails. We have ridden our horses on these trails for many many years! Also approximately 5 miles down the road is the Fort Gibson wildlife refuge, approximately 3500 acres which allows horseback riding any time the refuge is open.

This property is located in the perfect spot, very peaceful and safe area within minutes of the lake and hundreds of acres of public land. Also, there is a beautiful walking trail located at Sequoyah Bay State Park just mins down the road. Lake fishing within min away and approximately 5 miles from Fort Gibson Dam. Approximately 40 min away in Tahlequah, Ok you can float the Illinois River.

Great place, great property manager
This is a great place, and Chad is exceptional. His communication from start to finish was the best I have ever experienced. The house is clean and quaint, the property peaceful and quiet. My children said they never wanted to leave! Ha! Chad is the most attentive property manager, checking in often to see if we had any needs, and puts this place over the top. He even offered to drive over and bring us worms for fishing when I mentioned we hadn't picked up any bait yet. I highly recommend staying here. We certainly will again in the future.

Our Wonderful 4th of July stay
I am so glad we chose this property fir our stay, it was so Peaceful and Wonderful and quite. My family and i enjoyed ourselves so very much. The owner Chad i feel so greatful!!! He was so Wondeful and easy going. We broke down 50 miles outside Wagner and contacted Chad because we thought it was worth a shot to see if the house would still be available incase we had to get a cab. We have 5 kids and our little dog and lets just say Momma was stressed we broke down going up the bridge in down town Tulsa- SCARY!!! Chad offered us is house for only $80.00 and he offered us a ride. I was so relieved i cried. Luckily we got our van towed to a rental car place. But Chad putt my mind at ease so much knowing that we could have a place to stay and a ride. If need be. We are Sooo Sooo greatful to Chad!!! We would highly recommend going staying at Chads house. We will definitely be staying there in the future. Thank you Chad Sooo Very Much. From the bottom of our hearts.

Great Farmhouse in Small Town OK
Went to a family reunion event at a park about 25 minutes away. Had a great home to come back to with my family. Love the country feel of the home and how quiet things are. Would highly recommend chad and his home if you need a place to stay in the area.

I grew up running around these 6 acres my entire life. I hunted, fished the pond, rode four wheelers and have walked all over the property. It’s a beautiful location and very quiet and peaceful

Why they chose this property

We have acquired this property from the previous owners who I have known all my life. They are great people and always had their place looking beautiful and in great condition!

What makes this property unique

The tall trees, The screened in back porch, the gazebo in the center of the Circle Drive, the red barn, the white pipe fences, the running creek with a bridge, the deer in the yard, the views from the living room out the front and the view from the porch in the back are many of the things that make this property perfect !!
