The apartment on the ground floor has a bedroom with double bed, a living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate kitchen (kitchenette with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. Kettle and coffee machine). The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed. Terrace with garden furniture available. 

The new building is located in the district Oldersum and offers five modern apartments. The ground floor is apartment 2 for two persons with terrace (about 60 m²).
