Classic Folly Beach boho 2 bedroom upstairs apartment. Located directly across the street from the public beach entrance you are steps from the ocean. Hang out on the deck with friends and family and a beautiful view. This home is close enough to all the Center St restaurants and shops but far enough from all the traffic. Once you are here, it feels like another part of the world. Downtown Charleston is a quick 20 minute drive from the beach.

Enjoyed our stay!
Great location and access to the beach. Love Folly and the beach town vibe there. Ahhh..Folly was comfortable and clean. The descriptions and pictures are right on point. Storage was a little tight for our family of four but we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Perfect Getaway
This property was PERFECT. The house was clean and well maintained with comfortable beds, crisp/clean sheets, soft towels, and everything we needed for cooking. It was also conveniently located right across from the beach. Katherine was also wonderful to work with - she sent us several messages communicating things going on, weather, etc. She also provided us with a late check-out, without issue. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Thank you so much for making our vacation one of the best we've had. We will definitely be back!

Welcome to our family beach house! where we spend many days lounging around and enjoying time with friends and family. Located 1 mile from bustling Center street, you can walk, bike or golf cart to restaurants or shops, but our block is quiet from all the nightlife. We hope you feel the Folly vibe when staying at our home.

What makes this property unique

This is a single family home that is divided into 3 unique apartments. Each unit has its own private entrance and amenities, so you always have privacy. What we love the most is that it is only a few feet to the ocean!
