This holiday home is situated in an exceptional location on a narrow headland between the nature reserve of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. The all-round water situation, the unobstructed view of the Schlei, two terraces and a private wellness area characterize this holiday property.

The highlight of this exclusive holiday home is the gallery with adjoining roof terrace on the second floor, because here you are truly over the things - with a fantastic view over the loop and the marina. Wellness lovers will feel well, as the Finnish sauna with water view and whirlpool invite you to relax next door.

The cottage extends over three levels. Flooded with light, the living-dining area on the ground floor of the house. Through a large window front, the view over the adjacent terrace falls onto the idyllic Schleiufer and the Schlei - as far as the eye can see. What happens at the door is a real natural spectacle: the Baltic Sea breeze gently rocks the reeds on the shore, while ducks and wild geese cheerfully start the day. With a cup of coffee on the terrace, sailing ships on Horizonz provide the perfect panorama. Whether a convivial barbecue or relaxed with a book, the breathtaking scenery in front of the house makes holiday hearts beat faster.

The living-dining area looks very cozy: on the comfortable seating area or on the large dining table, the crackling open fire and the underfloor heating in the entire property provide comfort in every season.

The kitchen is extensively equipped and offers full holiday comfort.

On the first floor is the relaxation area: Here, two bedrooms provide enough space for energy. In the master bedroom with direct view of the lake, waking up and falling asleep in front of a dream backdrop is the order of the day. Two comfortable sofa beds are located in the studio on the second floor.

Also on this level is a full bath with shower and relax whirlpool tub for the private wellness program. For additional comfort, a guest toilet on the ground floor.

Two parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Bicycles can be found in the own bicycle shed right outside the front door.

Our favorite place: wake up well rested in the master bedroom and watch the wild geese awaken on spectacular water slides - holiday!
