There's no better way to experience Pensacola than staying at this downtown historic home. Baylen House is a beautifully restored three-bedroom/two-bath 1928 home in Pensacola's Historic North Hill. This two-story duplex's 1800 sq ft first floor is fully furnished with a full kitchen, sunroom, living room, dining room, and laundry. Baylen House is located within easy walking distance of the downtown entertainment district, and a short drive to local beaches, Naval Air Station, and attractions.

We provide you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, napkins, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, a hairdryer, and beach towels. A beach umbrella and chairs are available upon request. We have an outside area with a table and chairs and grill upon request.

Great property top to bottom. Furnished like a model home. If I travel back to Pensacola and need a place to stay, I will book Baylen. Paula makes the stay easy.
